Save the date | Presentation Women Professors Monitor 2020 | December 9th 2020
On the 9th of December the Dutch Network of Women Professors (LNVH) will present the Women Professors Monitor 2020. We would hereby like to kindly remind you to save this date.
The presentation will take place from 13:00-14:00 CET. Prof. dr. Hanneke Takkenberg, chair of the LNVH, will guide us through the latest figures from the monitor, as well as present the new targets for women professors set by the universities for 2025. The first copy of the 2020 Monitor will be officially handed to the minister of Education, Culture and Science, Ingrid van Engelshoven, followed by a discussion with drs. Pieter Duisenberg, president of the VSNU, and prof. dr. Vinod Subramaniam, rector of VU Amsterdam and chair of the national advisory committee for Diversity and Inclusion in higher education and research. We will dive into what the findings in the Monitor 2020 mean for the future perspective of gender diversity in academia and talk about how the data from the Monitor 2020 relate to the broader debate on diversity in academia.
The LNVH would highly appreciate your (online) presence.
