The DEI team of the LACDR believes that allyship is vital in creating an inclusive workplace culture where everybody feels seen, heard, and valued. To stimulate colleagues to show their pride of being part of the LGBTQ+ community or support LGBTQ+ colleagues, the DEI committee of the LACDR handed out free rainbow bracelets on June 3 and celebrate Pride Month.
