Meet our CEO’s and Board
The RISE network is run on a voluntary basis by female scientists of the Faculty of Science.
The CEO’s of RISE are: Prof. dr. Miranda van Eck (biography), Prof. dr. Martina Vijver (biography), and Dr. Irene Groot (biography). Van Eck and Vijver are the founders of RISE (2015). Dr. Irene Groot has been an active RISE member since the start of RISE and officially joined the board as of January 2019.
The Board of RISE exists of three members: Dr. Olga Gadyatskaya (biography), Dr. Emily Strange (biography), and Dr. Thanja Lamberts (biography).
