How Inclusion makes Diversity work

If we want our diverse group of students and staff to get the best out of themselves, we have to provide an inclusive work and learning environment. But what exactly is inclusiveness? How does inclusiveness lead to better performance? Where does our University stand in terms of inclusiveness? What is the best approach to increase inclusiveness, and what results is that likely to generate? These questions will be addressed in a series of lectures, interviews and workshops.
