Would you like to make your voice heard about social safety at Leiden University? Then join the first Social Safety Open Dialogue Session, organized by the Young Academy Leiden (YAL) in collaboration with Human Resources (HR).
These sessions aim to create a space where everyone’s voice matters. We want to turn discussions into tangible actions, ensuring the community’s collective experiences directly feed back to university policy.
The first session is centred around the theme of ‘Trust’ and will be held on Thursday 21 March, from 15:00 – 17:00 at the Faculty of Science. All university staff are welcome to join, regardless of faculty affiliation or position, register here.
