A fixed event on the autumn calendar: the LNVH Affiliates Meeting (‘Landelijke Bijeenkomst’). This is the perfect occasion to meet one another and to talk to the LNVH board in detail. This year we are celebrating the 15th anniversary of the LNVH foundation by organising a special edition of the Affiliates Meeting.
The 2016 Affiliates Meeting will be elaborating on the ‘Financial Remuneration of Male and Female Academics’ LNVH report that appeared in September. Author Prof. Belle Derks will provide a further explanation of the report. Also, speakers from the world of politics, public authorities, interest groups and, of course, academia discuss the effects and explanations of remuneration differences.
Also during this event, the 2016 Monitor of Women Professors will be presented, which outlines the current situation regarding the promotion of female academics.
